I have worked with hundreds of startups. The Lean Canvas is great tool for startups and has helped many.
With great tools like Validation Board etc. I have taken the liberty to improve the Lean Canvas such a way that it can capture the most important things of the findings (of iterations) in more understandable flow (left-to-right).
I have also modified the cashflows (costs/streams) to be more reflecting the learnings startup should have discovered – the CAC (Customer Aqcustion Cost) and CLV (Customer Lifetime Value).

I started my first company when I was 18 and still in the highschool. Together with great team, we build the company to become market leader, over 120 MEur in sales and operations in seven countries.

My major strenghts could be described best as business creator, business analytic and business developer. I'm passionate for achieving results. During recent years, my major interest has been aimed at interactive entertainment industry in all forms: mobile, consoles, computers, online and handheld.
I'm entrepreneurial, strategic thinker/analyst and I am not affraid to get my "hands dirty". I have professional approach to all problems and seen problems as opportunities. My teams have helped me to build skils and experience for business development and project based problem solving, as well as on leading both small and large multi-national teams.
I "attack” challenges that seem impossible. I enjoy growing business where it does not exist (yet). From 2005 to 2008 I have been involved in planning and managing multi-national, successful turnaround case, as in a Leadership role.
